Interview was not hard but it was very thorough. I was asked to make search strings, do actual candidate search and make couple of calls. I think the process makes a lot of sense and it should filter out anyone who is not made for this type of job.

First it was a gd round after which there was a mock phone call. It was simple and they gave instructions on how to do it. Then there was the interview which was so casual and they asked questions about their company. Why i was interested in MBA and all such casual questions
