Highly amateurish and unprofessional. The interview was held on an afternoon of a busy coffee shop via Teams ( cam to cam ) . The connection was very unstable and dropped out a couple of times. I was answering questions very thoroughly and in a professional manner but this was a constant source of disruption. How on earth these individuals think it is a good idea to hold an interview within a) A public setting and B) without a stable Wi-Fi connection is a mystery and this is the person judging me ! Incredible lack of foresight and professionalism and gives an insight into the company culture and expectations. They were probably on the hunt for a DEI hire anyway.
