1st step was a phone interview to go over my background and qualifications (previous employment and experience in the field). Education background, and what interest me most about the position and why I think I would be a good fit. We talked about the benefits the company offered including medical, 401K, vacation/PTO. They are part of the union so a little about that as well. I was told I would receive a call the next step in the process to schedule and assessment test.
