Face to face, pleasant. With several managers on one side and myself on the other. >They asked normal questions about my experience and based on my CV. They also expained a bit about hte company and the position which was differenct than advertised.

There were three interviews in total. One with HR, one with Senior Manager and one with the customer. Entire process took around 3 weeks from first interview to getting an offer.
