Fill out application and commit to 4wk training program. Training programs consist of books, manuals, power-point presentations of necessary information to provide excellent customer service to all clients, through phone, e-mails and other various avenues.

Why would you like to be a customer service representative?
Detailed questions about actual knowledge of technology. Interviewer asks questions about clients supported in the past. Usually followed up by "do you know" so and so. For those with past recruiting experience, questions regarding the types of people placed, the method in which they were sourced, knowledge of VMS systems and applicant tracking systems.
