First a phone call interview, brief screening question about customer service. Then they ask you to come in for a one-on-on interview with their Assistant Manager. More customer service like questions, retail background, and NBC show questions.

all video interviews, all behavioral, more a conversation than interview. started off with taping a video of yourself and sending it in. I had very disorganized interviews with multiple different people- unplanned.
