The interview process was pretty standard with one portfolio presentation about 40min, followed by questions about the project and experience with design systems and accessibility.
Questions are like:
Describe a time when you were given a task where the requirements were ambiguous. How did you make decisions?
Started with a phone screening, then chat with a manager, then portfolio review with a couple of team members.
Everybody that I met and spoke to was very friendly. However, I would not rate this experience as positive because they were TERRIBLE about scheduling and did not respect my time. They canceled on me and moved appointments around without even asking me if the new time worked for me, or explaining why. Then, they didn't even notify my that I didn't get the job. I waited for a few weeks, and followed up by never heard from them again.
It was friendly, energetic, informal at times. The interviewer asked a lot of good questions and wanted you to bring your A game. It started with some ice breakers and moved onto more formal interview processes.
