Applied then received an invitation to complete a video interview. After that, I received an email from the hiring manager to schedule a video interview with them and it went well. After the video interview with the hiring manager, I heard nothing and had to contact the company twice before hearing I did not get the internship and I still received a generic rejection email. I felt as though they did not respect my time or the fact that I had other internship offers. I understand they're busy and have many applicants but I believed it to be a bit unprofessional.
