Applied through a reference and scheduled a phone interview about two weeks later. The woman on the phone was extremely nice and friendly and we had a great chat. Heard back less than a week later and was offered the job.

Academic Year & Summer Internships both in Media Tech/Peacock. Resume submission, HireVue with 2 tries with basic questions. Recruiter matched to teams, usually interviewed by a hiring manager. Mostly behavioral. Received Academic Year & Summer Offer in separate cycles, invited back for subsequent Academic Year.
