Interview
After 4 rounds of interviews meeting a friendly and exciting team, I got ghosted after my last interview with the director. I wrote the recruitment partner directly after a week of waiting but no answer after over a week. I feel like after 4 rounds of interviews and spending time meeting the team not hearing anything back was quite disappointing unfortunately.

Usual questions of how you'd address different scenarios, previous experience etc.
Es gibt im wesentlichen folgendes zu bemängeln: ich wurde für eine Senior Position von einem Junior interviewiiert. Die Person wurde ständig abgelehnt und war äußerst unaufmerksam. Das Gespräch sollte eine Struktur folgen, hat aber leider nicht und die gedachte Struktur hätte wenig Sinn bei einem Senior Gespräch. 2 Tage danach - unpersönliches Email mit Absage. Ich hatte das Gefühl von einem Pro-Forma gespräch gehabt. Negative Erfahrung.
Smooth and well explained. They move fast as they don't want to lose candidates.
In the other hand, you need to be reachable. To be said, they adapt to you a lot.
