HR discussion followed by interview with peers, team and hiring manager. Discussion were informal and were scheduled in a timely manner. A preparation deck has been provided by N26 as input for the different interviews.

Interview
The first interview was an HR screening round, around 30'. Did not continue to the next rounds, so I am not sure or remember what would follow. Standard questions, a bit of let's get it done attitude, no real desire to explain the role from an internal point of view

Straightforward and relevant questions. Market sizing and market entry part of the interview questions that were asked. Overall it was straightforward compared to other processes. Had multiple interviews over the course of many days.
