Interview
The recruiter does not seem interested at all in providing a good experience to candidates. Neither do interviewers, I asked two questions about the company and their processes and they said that they did not know the answer. My expectaction was that they could look it up and get back to me through an email, but they just did not care.
I reached the 4th stage of the process(out of 5), even though I live in the same city I did not get to meet the team in Barcelona in any of the interviews, everything was remote from Berlin, which makes me think that on the day to day everything depends on Berlin.
To be fair I think I did pretty well on the theoretical interview but I got rejected.
I applied for a generic SWE but got placed in US Market, and no engineer was able to explain me what this team is about.
Lots of things to improve, I think even if I got an offer I would not have accepted.

Interview
I received a candidate pack that outlined all the interviews. Overall, they’re quite straightforward, just make sure to study LeetCode and system design. That said, don’t underestimate the final behavioral interview. You’ll be under pressure, so it’s important to prepare thoroughly.
I managed to complete the entire interview process and received positive feedback along the way, but I was ultimately rejected in the final stage.
