Easy and relaxed. Felt more like a casual conversation rather than an interview. Got offered the job the following day via email and started the following week. Overall easy process.
Pushy and all about the sale and not about your artistry. I've been a professional makeup artist for 6 years and it didn't matter as they want you to bang out a full face in 30 mins.
