In depth questions followed by informal chat. Question were technology based followed by awareness of health care and state of pharmaceuticals. Interview lasted for approximately 1 hour. This was followed by an opportunity to meet the team and discuss what they are currently doing. I think this was part of the interview process. Good to know the whole teams is involved to find the right fit.
