- a brief interview with an external recruiter - a few days later I had a panel interview in London office with the hiring manager (based in the UK), HR person (travelling from Sweden) and a more senior manager on video conferencing call. it was a competency type of interview and asked me about my current roles and responsibilities, team structure and a few questions to learn more about my characteristic and how I work. They seem quite nice and it was fairly a positive experience. tip: try to educate yourself about their business
