Interview
The first step is to submit an online application.
Then you do a video interview with roughly 3/4 questions (takes around 15 mins). The video interview also has a portion where you have to verify your ID.

Interview
Interview process involves answering why you would like to become a tutor, and why you would be a good tutor, before delivering a short "lesson", pretending that you are describing a concept to a student.
You had to show how you would teach answering an example question in the subject of your choosing (out of Maths, Science or English). This includes sharing the question on your screen and demonstrating the steps required to answer it, breaking it down to a digestible format for a student
