MyCare Medical Group interview questions

The interview process was disorganized and rafe with red flags. To begin with, neither the HR recruiter on the phone interview or area director on a zoom interview had reviewed my resume and admitted to this during each interview. The second interview was also supposed to be with one of the physicians but they were not on the call . After my second interview (zoom) I was invited to speak with one of the physicians over the phone. This was generally a good experience and had the typical interview questions such as what is your experience, how do you approach issues etc. After this, I was invited to shadow at the location. We set up a date and time and I planned around work for this. Just one day before, I was notified that this position would require me to float to another location for 100% of the time for the first few months and that call was involved which was different from the job posting. At this time I informed them that I was not interested anymore.
