3 steps, screening with HR director, Competency interview again with HR Director, and then final interview with CEO/HR director where you're asked to do some sort of 10 year deep dive into your work history. It turned out not to be a 10 year deepdive, I got asked some basic questions after explaining my early days of my career, one relatively big project then they just asked me about my next position, I had about 6 or 7 other massive projects in between that first project, and my second company. I got the impression they had already made up their mind and wanted time back instead.
