Interview
It was for the finance stream of the graduate program. It began with an online assessment for the first round, followed by a recorded video interview consisting of two questions, with one of the questions given beforehand, after which an Assessment centre involving a group discussion, business case presentation and finally a personal interview.

4 - Day-long Assessment Centre with other candidates followed by a 20/30minute 2-1 Interview conducted by a manager from your chosen stream (e.g. Supply Chain, Trading, Marketing) and a member of HR.
