## **1. Video Screening**

## **3. District Manager (DM) In‑Person Interview**
- Candidate meets with the District Manager at a store or designated location.
- Discussion centers on job responsibilities, performance expectations, and real‑world scenarios.
- DM assesses leadership potential, reliability, and customer‑service mindset.
## **4. Division Director Sign‑Off**
- Final approval step.
- Division Director reviews the DM’s recommendation and candidate profile.
- If approved, the hiring process moves forward

Interview
Recieved an email to complete another application and i sent my response back saying i completed it. Scheduled a phone interview with recruiter. Interview went very well and was very positive about our conversation but still waiting to hear feedback. Its been 5 days ago.
