Introduction followed by HR/behavioural questions. Further questions about motivation to work in the whole and interests in technical areas. After the two interviews had complete thier parts I was able to ask questions about the role and graduate programme.

Applied online through the company website then followed by a simple online assessment. After that, I received a phone call from HR to arrange an online interview. The HR team was very helpful and responded to my queries quickly. The interviewer was friendly and encouraging, making the whole experience enjoyable.

Interview
First was a phone interview. Then was a face to face interview with two senior engineers. I had to deliver a presentation about the company, my skills, and motivation. Then some standard strength based questions. Then some technical questions about power engineering, transformers, and substations.
