      Intern Interview

      29 Jan 2026
      Anonymous employee
      Hartford, CT
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Munich Re (Hartford, CT) in Oct 2025

      Interview

It was a long virtual interview but clear and intresting interviewed with multiple people. It goes in like 3 sets and has about 2 people at a time (sometimes 1 person) who interview you on their kinda of topic arena like one groups questions would be focused more on your operational skills while another would be focused on you as a person.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They ask in sections during a rotational interview process; Some about you as person, some about how you handle team work, some about flexbility in learning

      Application

      I interviewed at Munich Re

      Interview

Did a one way video interview, which took a long time to get that. Then took extremely long after that to get a phone call about another interview, missed the call, returned the call shortly after and left a voicemail, no response. Called again the next day and left a voicemail, no response. And as of now never heard back. But I see a lot of reviews saying something similar so I have no high hopes for this position really.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

Why would you make a good candidate? How do you handle multiple priorities?

      Interview

There’re two rounds of interview. Recruiters are nice and friendly, asking questions about your experience on the resume. Be familiar with that. Also talk about few behavioral questions as well.
