The process was about 5 interviews total over roughly 2 weeks, plus an initial screening call with a recruiter/engineer.
After the screen, there was a behavioral/leadership interview with the hiring manager, followed by a technical round that combined a coding exercise with a short architecture discussion (~1.5 hours). The final round was two back-to-back interviews on the same day: a system design session with a senior architect and a behavioral interview with another engineering manager.
The whole thing moved quickly â screening to offer was about 3-4 weeks. Everyone I spoke with was friendly and straightforward, and the interviews felt conversational rather than adversarial. The people I'd actually be working with were directly involved in the process, which I appreciated. The technical questions were practical and relevant to the actual work rather than algorithm trivia.
Overall it was thorough but not grueling â more relaxed than a typical FAANG loop, which felt appropriate for the level and type of role.
