2 rounds but in my role I had most of the C-suite. Challenging but with proper career preparation and being a subject matter expect it was professional and positive. Generally a casual conversation in a group forum so it had a nice flow.

Question 1
Covering relevant strategic competencies was the more difficult topic since this was a new industry for me.
The interview process went smoothly. The initial contact was prompt, and I received clear information about the company and role. The screening interview focused on both technical skills and cultural fit. A practical assessment and panel interview followed, providing a well-rounded evaluation. The questions were relevant, and feedback was timely. Overall, the process was organized, and the communication was excellent.

The interview was relatively easy. Mainly was asked typical interview questions. They really wanted to know if you are able to work in an ambiguous environment and learn your job quickly. Overall, it was a great interview experience.
