The process began through a 3rd party recruiter who worked with MTV. After a few phone interviews, I drove down from my home in Fort Lauderdale to Miami Beach. I had high expectations for this, as I was far more than qualified. Unfortunately, I don't think I actually met a real person at their office. I've never, ever, seen so many fake/plastic people in my life. Whether a job was offered or not, I knew I wouldn't and certainly didn't want to "fit in" with these types of people.
