Interview

Very informal. Expectations were made clear though. I got my interview through a personal connection. I wish that they had spoken more about the company culture at the time. Overall not too bad.

Very laid back. They asked your basic interview questions such as "what is your biggest strength and biggest weakness", "In conflict with a peer how would you resolve the problem" , basic questions like that.

I came in to hand in my resume. GM spoke to me and asked basic questions (eg. Hours of availability, how many hours I wanted to work, etc). Hired me on the spot.
