First step is a phone interview, and then they will have you apply online on their website. The first couple of steps are fairly simple and easy. Unsure of the next steps following these two.
The interview process was great. I’ve been in management for a while prior to coming on board with Cooper and I will say the interview was great from an employee viewpoint and an excellent job from the management stand point as well
Recruiter then zoom interview. Easy process but interview isn't for the weak. They want to invest in you so they ask all the questions and take no shortcuts. It was less than 30 minutes and had simple instructions for accessing meeting electronically
