Hard to review the interview process since I wasn't even offered an interview. And while I received a vague rejection letter, following up did not yield a helpful response. The role in question is generic and vague with no indication of seniority in the title, yet it's a mid-senior role which would require a decent amount of experience. It's difficult to gage what they're looking for in prospective candidates, but they clearly didn't want highly qualified and experience interviewees. Then again, as the fourth place browser, Mozilla doesn't have much to offer.
