I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Moxie (Atlanta, GA) in Feb 2019
Interview
Everyone I met was so nice and friendly. Interview was basic and straightforward. They were super interested in what I was into outside of work and what my hobbies/interests were.
I applied online. I interviewed at Moxie (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
WORST INTERVIEW PROCESS. I have been through the interview process twice at this company and have never had a worst experience. While everyone seems nice and helpful. it is all a front. Both times I have had two successful interviews and been asked on a 3rd interview then, they never set up the 3rd interview. I have called and emailed a few people and got nothing. I might have dodge a bullet, everyone that I know that has worked there has said the pay is low and the workload is crazy. My advice stop hiring college grads as recruiters that have zero people skills and idea on how to treat people.

Name a time you work through a difficult situation
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Moxie (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
After applying I went through a pretty brief 'quiz' and phone interview. Mostly making sure I understood what the job was and confirming my interest. For the second, in-person interview I was brought in to the office and taken to a small conference. I was told I would be meeting with different people that I would potentially be working with. The first 'round' were a couple of people currently in the position, they almost seemed more nervous than me (maybe not used to doing interviews yet!). All-in-all it was 4 'rounds', and each person asked almost the same questions each time. Mostly gauging my knowledge, interest in Moxie and personality.

Question 1
I was asked a lot about my experience with Excel Pivot Tables, be sure you know how to use those. Also, was asked a lot about what I knew about Moxie, definitely study their websites and follow news about them.
