Disgustingly inconsiderate hiring process. Endless rounds of interviews 10+, confusion internally about positions, they ask to complete projects that take multiple days to complete. The weirder part is they are actually asking for recommendations to their site and product in this candidate project. Very odd and unfair for candidates. Be aware.

Unprofessional. We talked about the structure of the data science team, the team is big from their words, but I did not see anyone on LinkedIn. Also, this position was posted to report to the VP, but it is reported to one of the managers. Not quite confident about the reality of the team

Interview
I applied via an online job posting on a reputable site, for a position in Remote Business Development. I have been doing this same work from my home office for 30 years. I was contacted by a man in N. California who wanted to talk with me and said I was very qualified. We set up a phone meeting and had a pleasant phone conversation. He promised to email me personally regarding status but he sounded very enthusiastic about my experience and what I could do for their company.
I got an auto responder 'bot' message yesterday from Movoto saying I was not qualified. Say what? That was not a personal response and was absolutely not true that I am not qualified.
I emailed the man I interviewed with and he is ignoring me.
Something is not right with this company and I would not recommend working with such an unprofessional organization.

There were no questions- we just spoke for a half an hour about what the job entailed. He knew I am qualified.
