Interview
The interview process begins with an initial screening to filter out unsuitable candidates. This is followed by a technical interview with the CTO to assess technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
Next, an interview with the project owner evaluates the candidate's experience in agile methodologies and their motivations. The final stage is an interview with the CEO to discuss the candidate's interest in the company, career aspirations, and alignment with company values.
Two rounds, the first one with the CEO the second one with the tech director. The first round talks about your interests and the company's vision and stuff. The second round is regular tech related questions based on your intended position.
