Setting up the interview was seemingly positive. No issues until we stepped foot in the building. The location was difficult to find, no one seemed to know that an interview was even scheduled. I was placed in a 12x8 windowless white room for over a half an hour before anyone showed up. 5 interviewers over 4 hours. No water or bathroom breaks allowed! Torture. Then, the first interviewer arrived- who seemed totally disinterested and unprepared for an interview. I was told the next interviewer would be in shortly. -20 min wait- next interviewer was the only person that seemed somewhat human and personable. -long break stuck in what now felt like a 12x8 prison cell! Third interviewer was ok- 40 minute wait!- 4th interviewer was a know-it-all condescending individual who spent more time talking about himself than even interviewing me... and he seemed more interested in finding out my age and the year I graduated than knowing my skill set. Then they threw in the muscle. The last and final interviewer was the worst. He apparently didn't want to hire for this position... so he kept trying to argue with me. I cut the interview short after 4 hours of torture knowing that full well, I would never work for this company no matter what the offer was.

Question 1
What year did you graduate? Would you mind sharing your age?
Wow, this sounded like a terrible experience and I am very sorry you went through this. We haven't had a Scrum Master opening in a while, when did this happen? I have only been here a couple of months.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Moven (New York, NY) in Oct 2015
Interview
Applied through Angel.co and received an e-mail asking for a good time to speak to a talent representative. After the first phone interview, I was e-mailed about a 2nd phone interview with an admin. assistant to get a good feel on the company. It was a great experience with these two team members but then once it came time to speaking to the HR head, she cancelled TWICE (The first time around, she cancelled 5 minutes before the interview was scheduled). Once I was able to speak to her she seemed tired, and disinterested from the moment I picked up and said 'hello'. She said she'd let me know by the end of the week and never heard from her again.

Question 1
What makes you a good fit for Moven?
Why go from Corporate to a Start-up?
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Moven (New York, NY) in Sept 2015
Interview
Comprehensive while fun, informative, and exciting! The whole process was approximately 3 interviews. Two initial phone screenings and one in-person meeting where I was able to sit down with the staff and learn more about the corporate vision, company culture, and what the average day in the life of a Moven employee looks like. It is a busy environment but that doesn't stop them from having a good time and enjoying their work.
