Move interview questions

The interview process was 5 steps. An initial call with the People Ops manager, A take home task to complete, a meeting with my line manager, a meeting with the sales team and a colleague and then a final meeting with the founders.

Being approached directly but I needed to follow up the recruiter two days after replying to her message. Got to a screening stage but this has been re-scheduled twice due to the recruiter being confused between candidates. Unfortunately, the timescale has not been respected to give me an answer. I had to chase to find out that I have not been selected. That's fine but I have asked more explanation regarding the why as I've been told that I was the ideal candidate. That always useful to improve for other interviews. I appreciate it's difficult to give feedback at screening stage but when someone specifically ask, it's important to give it. Not very good practice for a young business.
