Interview
First, I had a brief phone interview with the manager. Two weeks later, I had an in-person interview with the manager who interviewed me over the phone as well as met with other members of the administrative staff, including the director. Then I was invited back for a second round interview the following week to meet with some faculty members.

Interview
3 stages each one progressing to a higher manager but with each one they will make you complete some sort of task in order to gauge competency. Make sure you catch mistakes on their paperwork and ask about programs you may need to manage.

If you had 2 programs going on at the same time how would you prioritize them?
The interview process was relatively painless. I interviewed with the 2 people I would report to. My past experience helped out a lot. As far as the hiring process that was a bit more tedious since it is a hospital. A blood test and drug screening is required along with 2 TB tests that you have to get read each time which is a bit of a pain. Other than that its a breeze
