A Talent Aquisition Specialist emails you for an appoinment and it is an in-person interview. The person who contacted me responded promptly and I was able to change the interview schedule without any problem. There were several people with the same interview schedule. The interview lasted about 15 mins and the interviewer was friendly and professional.

First interview was a telephone screening, consisted of basic questions like why mount sinai? Which clinical rotation I enjoyed the most? Second interview was an in-person interview with a recruiter. Third interview was with the nurse manager of the unit I applied for. They asked basic interview questions such as why mount sinai? what do you know about mount sinai? Tell me about a time you spoke to a doctor and advocated for a patient?
