Applied online and was contacted by a recruiter for a phone interview. It was very unprofessional. I had a phone interview set up for a specific day/time and then the recruiter emailed me out of nowhere asking me to I can interview within an hour! It ended up being a very casual interview (preferred salary, GPA, etc.). However, she told me I would be contacted within 3-5 days if I would be moving to the next round or not. NEVER HEARD BACK. EVER. I sent a thank you email, follow up email, and she never called/or emailed me to let me know anything. SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

Hiring process depends on your team, but 1:1 screening call with the hiring manager and on-site back-to-back panel interview with the rest of the team. The panels included a peer culture fit interview and interview with physicians you'd be working with.
