-Two phone interviews. -One zoom meeting (Panel) for about an hour asking several questions about experience and possible contribution to the school. -One in person interview (All day) with 3 different groups of people and a teaching exercise. It was overall an okay experience but they got quiet and were plain when I was asking questions over email after my last interview. I asked several times about salary and they always told me they were unable to tell me. They told me that I was snot selected and then offered me the possibility to apply to another job that possibly would pay less but they were still unable to give a salary range.
