Received a phone call to set up an online interview. It was a quick 10 to 15 minutes interview. HR asked the questions while two managers (whom I assumed you’ll be working under if you get hired) watched and listened for your answers.

Describe a time when you dealt with a difficult customer complaint
Smooth job application process. Pleasant, painless interview experience with HR and Department head which allowed for questions and clarification from both interviewer and applicant. Communication was clear - HR followed up consistently post-interview. Much appreciated!
