Recruiter reached out for initial phone screen, standard interview questions, why are you interested in this role, reviewed the role and expectations, and outlined the interview process mentioning that the 2 question Predictive Index test would need to be completed before scheduling with the hiring manager.

Interview
Motus usually does a 3-step hiring process. The process is similar for most Account Executive positions.
1. Phone interview with Recruiter that will ask general questions about your sales experience to see if you have all the pre-requisites for the position.
2. Microsoft Teams interview with hiring manager. They will want to know your sales experience as well as see if you're the right fit in terms of culture.
3. Panel Interview with a presentation. This is perhaps the most difficult interview since they will try and stump you. Be prepared and sound confident.
