No-show and ghosted by recruiter. After doing a Colidity test, I have been scheduled for a first interview, but the recruiter did not show up. After waiting for 20 minutes, I sent an email, but I didn't get a reply. After 30 minutes, I thought I should try to call the office phone number present in the recruiter's email signature. Unfortunately, I got an automated reply asking for a voice message. I sent a voice message. I had no follow-up since then. After 10 days, I sent another email in hope to get an update, but no follow up. Looking up online, however, I noticed that they were still actively recruiting for that position. It is at this time of writing that I got an automated rejection email from Motorola. This has been an unfortunate experience since the work looked rather interesting, and I believe I would have made for a good candidate. After having put in the time to tailor the CV and doing the coding test, it would have been kind to at least follow up. This ordeal was frankly unprofessional.

First round is a phone interview where hiring manager introduces the company and role and asks about past experiences and projects. Second round is a video call technical interview where I was asked some general object oriented programming and data structures fundamentals, asked to complete 2 simple C coding questions, and explain my approach to an online assembly coding challenge that I completed before this call. Final round is onsite where team members ask about past experiences and ask more C coding questions.
