Motivity Labs interview questions

The interview process included an initial conversation about my skills and experience, followed by a technical interview with the CIO focused on my knowledge of SQL and Python. The third round was with the client company, where I was asked to take a SQL and Python test. The evaluation seemed to be pass/fail, with no opportunity to showcase previous work or explain my prior job responsibilities. It felt more like an assessment of fit for that specific role rather than a holistic view of my experience.
