Really can’t answer this the interviewer missed multiple calls with multiple excuses. I withdrew my application. I know the company well and it’s seems this is what it has become and why it is no longer ranked as a top place to work as it was annually a few years ago. Don’t waste your time.

There was no interview, no one showed up to schedule calls.
More or less straightforward, was a few stages, you go through an initial stage, some role plays and speak with different departments, looking for a culture fit as well as motivations.
