The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Motion Recruitment (New York, NY) in May 2021
Interview
Call with one of the managers or directors, followed up by a group interview with several other managers where they walked me through a day in the life, compensation structure, and their training program. Last round was more or a less a presentation and then break outs with other folks from the office.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Motion Recruitment (Chicago, IL)
Interview
Pretty straightforward interview and very personable recruiter. Felt like the recruiter genuinely cared about me and I felt like I had a really good experience even though the role was not in like with what I was looking for. Definitely would interview again.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Motion Recruitment (Newport Beach, CA) in May 2012
Interview
A manager will call you, ask you a few questions then bring you in for an onsite interview. You will talk with a manager for 20 minutes to talk about what makes you a hard worker or why you can over come challenges. You will then be asked to come in for a second interview where you will give a 15 minute presentation.
If they like you they will take you to Workbridge (their sister company that has a pleasant atmosphere) where you will speak with another manager. If you want the job ask a question!
