The first round is a phone call with a recruiter with basic questions about yourself and experience and you hear more about the job. The second round is in person with the clinical director and the questions are formatted as "Tell me about a time when...". You also get the chance to observe.

I felt the Clinical Director was personable and respectful. I appreciated that I was offered the chance to observe as it gave me insight not only into the clinic culture but also the opportunity to talk with a current tech.
