One interview with recruiter and then interview with Director and VP. Overall it was a simple interview because I had the skills to do the job. It is not a long process and interview went really well. It was a face to face interview with the director and VP and it was more conversational than it was interview based. I got the job and love what I do.

Interview
1st phone interview - recruiter who asked basic questions about my experience. 2nd - Client Service Manager who had been involved with the program. asked mainly about my experience in a very comfortable conversational style. 3rd - future manager by phone. Final was at HQ with director. Simple.

The most difficult thing was saying yes to accepting a contract position which might turn into full-time. I took the chance and it worked out as I wished.
