First got the interview with a random email requesting that they would like an interview, but in the same email they told me to apply for the job . Then during the interview, it was straightforward and was mainly behavioral questions. The guy interviewing was not HR so he had knowledge of the field and asked good questions and was easy to talk to

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Mortenson (Minnesota City, MN) in Sept 2025
Interview
First round was peer interview, introduce myself and talked more about the resume, they asked about behavior question. Second round was project manager interview, same process as first one, also asked behavior question.
