Interview
Interviewed with 2 attorneys with whom I would actually be working with. They asked about my experience and knowledge of software programs. They were engaging and seemed to have a really good idea of what they were looking for in a paralegal.
I do not think they will offer me the job. I am not certain why.

Was I familiar with the federal court systems for e-filing and finding case information on PACER.
Referral from former coworker, did a phone interview and eventually came in for an in person interview, fairly standard questions and request for references and background questions, no offer but overall a fine experience. Would interview with them again in the future.

Interview
The interview was very laid back. I met with the attorney who I would work for and the office manager. The entire process took approximately 40 minutes. I got to see the offices and meet a few people. It was a pleasant experience.
