The interview was divided into 4 parts: 1. HR 2. Written assignment 3. Interview with team member 4. Interview with another team member. The interview process took almost a month.

4. Do you have experience leading client communications?
Behavioral mixed with industry-specific questions. Each interview lasted for about an hour and was conducted first by junior associates, and then senior associates/the team manager. Took a while to hear a response.

Basics of ESG in the first round, followed by a more in-depth question answer in the subsequent round. And the final round was the HR round who assessed my readiness to accept the job
