Interview
Very general behavioral interview. I met with the head of HR who was very kind and easy to speak with. If you are interviewing through a university, be sure to sign up for the earlier interview slots (before the interviewers have had a ton of coffee). Typically they have 3 hr reps conducting interviews.

Why Morningstar? What have you failed at in the past and what did you learn from it?
2 interviews, made it to the last part. Your typical behavioral questions. The interviewers were very nice and courteous. They did take quite a while to inform me that I was rejected.
