The process included several rounds beginning with 2-3 preliminary reviews on resume and skills, followed by four 30-minute back-to-back interviews on behavioural questions with people on different teams and finally a 2 hour group case presentation

Individual interview, then 4 interviews and group interview with case study. No knowledge or skill questions asked, all personality and intuition. Case study is with 3 other applicants about a problem morningstar faces
The role revolves around data collection from listed company & startups annual reports, as per set pre-defined rules.

This is simple in nature, quite easy revolves around basic finance topics & aptitude questions.

Interview
The Morningstar interview process was well-structured and efficient. The interviewers were professional, asked relevant questions, and made me feel comfortable throughout. Overall, the interview was a positive experience and was done back to back.
